Born from the visionary dream of Founder Director Dr. Shadma Siddiqui and co-founder Journalist Abhimanoj, MFMC embodies a unique collaboration between the realms of science and journalism, aiming to enhance legal justice for the benefit of society. Dr. Siddiqui, with over 25 years of experience in research and academia, brings unparalleled expertise in science and technology, while Abhimanoj—an esteemed journalist with 42 years of experience—adds a vital perspective on advocacy and communication.
At MFMC, we are committed to fostering interdisciplinary cooperation among professionals in forensic sciences, microbiology, biotechnology, bioscience and their applications in justice, health, and environmental domains. Through our innovative programs in research, education, and professional development, we strive to shape future-ready scientists and raise awareness in forensic microbiology, a discipline increasingly recognised as a cornerstone of modern forensic investigations and public health.
